Key Responsibilities
- Coordination with various teams on ground and in back-office
- Update / Reporting to management
- Supervise / Quality control of work
- Coordination of installation schedules
- Management of staffing to ensure time completion
- Monitoring day to day site activities as per schedule and provide plan accordingly
- Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget
- Trouble shooting issues relating to installation
- Site inspection
- Understanding of single line diagram
- Knowledge of PV module layout plan
- Knowledge of Civil & Electrical work
- On ground Team Hiring & Team Management
- Coordination and timely reporting
- Understanding of Solar Project Management process

- Project Management Experience from 50KWp to 500 KWp (Roof-top & Ground Mounted) On-site Execution More than 10 Projects
Key Skills:
- Knowledge in AutoCad & PVSyst
- Knowledge of Solar Modules, Inverter, Mounting structures, cables and their installation.
- Knowledge of electrical layout and how to handle site constraints in system design
- Good knowledge of power cables/electrification for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Qualification:
- Diploma - Electrical
- B.Tech/B.E/ M. Tech - Electrical
Industry:
- Power/Energy/Renewable/Environment
Mandatory:
- Candidate should be from Solar PV background
- Currently located in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR
- Willing to travel in India and abroad.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
