Position: Beauty Advisor Trainer
Department: Sales & Training
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Train Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, customer engagement, grooming standards, and sales techniques.
- Drive retail sales performance through regular on-ground coaching and product training.
- Conduct induction, refresher, and on-the-job training sessions across multiple BA counters and store locations.
- Monitor sales conversion, customer interaction, and team performance to ensure target achievement.
- Support stores in improving product visibility, upselling, and overall customer experience.
- Coordinate with store teams and managers for training and sales development initiatives.
- Maintain training reports, feedback records, and performance trackers.
Requirements:
- Experience in beauty/cosmetics retail sales training preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills.
- Good grooming standards and confident personality.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
- This role involves extensive travel across different locations within the state for store visits, sales support, and on-ground training activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
