Senior HR Assistant
Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Factory / Industrial organizations.
Job ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Handle end-to-end HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and submit PF & ESIC returns.
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and shop-floor employees.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and complete joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Employee Relations & Attrition
- Monitor employee attendance and absenteeism.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Resolve employee grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
- Support employee engagement activities.
Factory Compliance
- Coordinate with the Inspector of Factories and Labour Department.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act and Labour Laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Prepare documents required during inspections and audits.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain employee files and confidential records.
- Manage statutory registers, HR ledgers, and compliance documents.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly dashboards.
- Ensure proper filing and document control.
System & Reporting
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP (preferred)
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Basic Excel formulas
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Generate payroll, attendance, recruitment, and HR reports.

Educational Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / MHRM / BBA (HR) or any equivalent qualification.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Factory compliance.
- Experience handling Factory Inspector and Labour Department documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HRMS/ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions with minimum supervision.
