Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and property features.
- Understand customer requirements and generate genuine sales inquiries.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent support.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
