About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for a fast-growing premium retail and food & beverage organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development while supporting business growth across corporate and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, retail, manufacturing, and leadership positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, appraisal cycles, and talent development initiatives.
- Build and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor HR metrics including attrition, hiring, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRIS accuracy in coordination with payroll teams.
- Support organizational restructuring, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive business information.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
- Experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Hospitality, QSR, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for both corporate and retail operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Exposure to HR automation and digital HR practices.
- Strong business partnering and people management capabilities.
- Experience managing employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
