- Handle domestic and international customer accounts.
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial quotations (RFQs/RFPs).
- Negotiate pricing in coordination with management.
- Participate in customer portal bidding and monitor new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Inform customers of any delays and provide revised delivery schedules for certain Key clients .
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,801.23 per month
