- Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Job Description:
- Reading drawings and manufacturing components accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of machining processes, including CNC, VMC, CNC Lathe, Milling, Drilling, and Cutting.
- Implementing Kaizens, 5S, and Poka-yoke on the shop floor.
- Planning and overseeing all elements of shop floor production.
- Ensuring machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
- Designing new equipment, procedures, and systems for production execution.
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
- Continuously improving production efficiency.
- knowledge of filament winding or FRP manufacturing systems will be considered a significant advantage for potential candidates.

Pay: ₹12,573.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month
