Real Estate & Aggregator platforms (e.g., Square Yards, Housing.com, MagicBricks, Basic, MyMoneyKarma, Decimal, etc.)
Job role:-
They are responsible for identifying new market opportunities, leading sales teams, managing key client relationships, and executing strategies to meet or exceed the company's financial and growth targets.
Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Conducting market research, identifying new client demographics, and building strategic plans to expand the company’s market share.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Setting quotas, closing high-value deals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the sales pipeline remains healthy and active.
Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives to optimize team performance and maximize conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management: Overseeing major accounts, addressing client escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to promote repeat business.
Reporting & Analytics: Tracking KPIs, forecasting revenue, and preparing actionable sales reports for upper managemen

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,271,804.64 per year
