Front Desk Receptionist cum Counsellor
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
