EUNA Workforce Care is looking to collaborate with a Psychologist based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, for an upcoming mental health and emotional wellbeing project.
We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically grounded, but also comfortable working beyond the traditional therapy room with large groups.
What the role involves:
- Facilitating mental health and emotional wellbeing sessions Conducting group-based interventions and psychoeducational activities
Engaging with participants in a sensitive, non-judgmental and trauma-informed manner Supporting project-based mental health interventions
Collaborating with the EUNA team on implementation and documentation
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is a qualified Psychologist (preferably RCI licensed)
*Is currently based in Bhubaneswar
* Has experience in counselling, facilitation of mental health or psychosocial interventions
*Is comfortable working with groups
* Brings curiosity, empathy and strong interpersonal skills
*Can commit to a contractual/project-based engagement
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Engagement: Contractual / Project-based
Project duration & remuneration: Will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
