JD: Specialist I - Software Engineering
Technical Lead – Full Stack (React + Python/Django/Go)
Location: Pune (Preferred)
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python/Django/Go (Backend) to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications.
You will lead a small engineering team, drive architecture decisions, and remain hands-on across the stack, ensuring high-quality, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
- Design scalable microservices and REST APIs
- Define end-to-end architecture (frontend + backend)
- Implement data/integration patterns using Kafka, Redis, GraphQL
- Ensure secure and cloud-native design (Vault, FusionAuth)
- Align technical solutions with business goals and scalability needs
- Lead backend development using Python (Django), Go (or Rust exposure)
- Drive frontend development using React JS, UI via Nginx
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code practices
- Collaborate with Product teams for API design and enhancements
- Drive CI/CD and automation pipelines
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes for deployments
- Monitor systems using Datadog, Grafana
- Support AWS (primary) + Azure/GCP (good to have)
- Ensure production stability and performance optimization
- Lead code reviews, testing, and quality improvements
- Mentor team members and enforce engineering best practices
- Drive technical discussions and decision-making
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and delivery planning
- Languages: Python (Django), Go (or Rust exposure), JavaScript, TypeScript
- Frontend: React JS, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend/Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, Redis
- Cloud: AWS (S3, RDS), exposure to Azure/GCP
- Infra: Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes
- HashiCorp Vault, FusionAuth
- UI testing tools (e.g., Cypress)
- Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to balance hands-on development and leadership
