2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operational staff, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
3. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience.
4. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring that the hostel meets guest expectations.
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and other essentials, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
6. Safety and Security: Ensure that the hostel maintains high standards of safety and security, adhering to relevant regulations.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and identifying areas for cost savings.
