Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property surveys and site visits for commercial and residential properties.
- Meet property owners and collect accurate property details, photographs, pricing, and availability information.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options accordingly.
- Arrange and conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective clients and brands.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and deal progress.
- Maintain an updated inventory of available properties and market information.
- Provide regular property updates and site visit feedback to the CRM and Business Development teams.
- Follow up with clients regarding property visits, negotiations, documentation, and deal closures.
- Assist in lease negotiations, commercial discussions, and transaction coordination.
- Support documentation processes, agreement execution, and property handovers when required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, clients, brokers, builders, and developers.
- Generate new property leads through field visits, networking, market research, and references.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily activities, site visits, and property updates.
- Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and real estate developments within assigned locations.
- Work closely with the CRM and Leasing teams to achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing, Sales, Business Development, or Field Operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.86 per month
