About the Role
Brown Sugar is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, driving talent acquisition, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Candidates with prior experience in the FMCG, QSR, Café, Hospitality,will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Complete payroll process, attendance, leave management, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights to support business and workforce planning.
- Continuously improve HR processes and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Experience in FMCG, QSR, Café, Hospitality, or Retail is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
