We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Cloud Platforms, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, high performance, and seamless delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
Build, integrate, and optimize event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka on GCP.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
Leverage GCP services such as Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.
Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and observability.
Work with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React
Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture
Solid understanding of cloud platforms – GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable)
Experience integrating applications with REST APIs
Hands-on knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, MariaDB, or similar databases
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD)
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Experience in building cloud-native, large-scale distributed systems
Familiarity with observability stacks: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
Understanding of SRE concepts (SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets)
