Responsible for making and receiving customer calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, handling queries, following up with clients, maintaining records, and achieving calling/sales targets. Must have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain products or services clearly
- Generate sales leads or close sales
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues
