Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
- Promote coaching programs and assist in student enrollment.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Support marketing campaigns, school visits, seminars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist in social media promotions and local marketing activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, admissions, and marketing activities.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or educational counseling is preferred (Freshers may also apply).
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
