Experience:
1. 4-10 years’ B2B sales experience selling Test & Measurement solutions from leading T&M brands such as Tektronix, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Chroma, Yokogawa or Hioki.
2. Have thorough knowledge of electronics Test & Measurement Instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators. Spectrum & Signal Analysers, VNAs, etc. and Power Systems such as Programmable Power Supplies. Solar Array & Grid Simulators, Loads, Power Analysers etc.
3. Prior experience in Aarjay’s existing industries and new growth sectors will be highly preferred – automotive including EV, aerospace, ISRO, defence, data centres, renewable energy.
4. Strong communication skills in English and one or more local languages (Kannada, Tamil, etc.)
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech/ B.E. in Electronics/ Electrical / Instrumentation
Job Description:
1. Sell test & measurement solutions to Aarjay’s current and new customers in the assigned territory.
2. Manage the entire sales process from generating leads to closing the deal and post-sales support.
3. Conduct preliminary technical discussions with the customer and gather requirements.
4. Conduct negotiations on commercial terms.
5. Meet/ exceed aggressive sales targets.
6. Travel as required by the job.
