Job Title: Front Office Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at Darza Resorts. The candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-in/check-out, handling reservations, providing information about resort services, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Previous hotel or resort front office experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a warm and professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle room reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding resort facilities, activities, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a hotel/resort front office or hospitality industry.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel booking systems.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
- Experience in resort or hotel guest relations.
