We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in industrial project construction and engineering coordination to support the civil and structural aspects of process plant projects. The role requires strong knowledge of industrial civil construction, structural and foundation design principles, construction practices, and engineering standards. The engineer will work closely with the internal engineering team, civil contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all civil works are executed according to project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
The role will involve reviewing civil engineering designs, supervising site construction activities, and ensuring quality compliance during civil execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Review & Technical Coordination: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure all civil and structural engineering deliverables meet project requirements and specifications. Review and cross-check civil drawings, structural drawings, foundation designs, and construction details.
2. Vendor & Fabrication Coordination: Coordinate with civil contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors during construction activities. Ensure civil works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and engineering standards.
3. Quality Assurance & Inspection: Conduct site inspections to verify quality of civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, and concrete works. Verify compliance with material specifications, reinforcement detailing, and construction standards.
4. Site Construction Supervision: Supervise civil construction activities including foundations, equipment pedestals, structural supports, and other plant infrastructure works. Ensure civil work is carried out in accordance with approved engineering drawings and construction schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in industrial construction projects, civil engineering execution, or structural works.
- Experience in industrial plants, energy projects, infrastructure projects, or EPC project environments preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
