Key Responsibilities:
- Customer coordination from agreement stage till unit possession
- Advance Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, Power Points,Emails,Customer Interaction etc)
- Handling post-sales documentation, timely collection, agreement follow-ups, and statutory compliance
- Coordination with internal teams (Legal, Accounts, Projects, Site Team, CRM Team All Projects)
- Managing customer queries, possession schedules, and handover processes
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring timely closures
- MIS Processing, Co-ordination with team CRM for debt recovery and monitor pending all CRM works for ongoing/Completed projects
Skill Set Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of post-sales processes in real estate
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
