Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, backup, and enterprise solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and sales teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial documents with clients.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing and solution support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support tender participation and enterprise sales activities when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, IT sales, inside sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise solutions.
- Ability to handle client interactions and negotiations professionally.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with IT system integrators, technology companies, or enterprise solution providers.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and enterprise customer handling.
- Ability to work closely with sales, presales, and technical teams.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
