About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, be data-driven, and have a track record of generating qualified leads and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping).
Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking. Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance. Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and pixel implementation.
Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
