UPSC Trainer – Job Description (Chennai)
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate UPSC Trainer to train students and aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services and other competitive examinations. The trainer should be able to teach concepts in a clear, analytical, and exam-oriented manner with proper guidance for prelims, mains, and interview preparation.
Job Role
- Train students for UPSC Civil Services Examination
- Teach subjects based on UPSC syllabus and exam pattern
- Conduct classroom sessions for Prelims and Mains preparation
- Guide students in answer writing, current affairs, and analytical thinking
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and mock tests
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance evaluations
- Support interview preparation and personality development
- Track student progress and provide mentoring support

Preferred Qualifications
- Any degree or postgraduate qualification
- UPSC coaching or examination experience preferred
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
