- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions that meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data transformation techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues across distributed systems.
