Position: Production Engineer
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role & Responsibility:
- Assist in daily production and service activities
- Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues
- Install and commission machines at site
- Prepare daily service and work reports
- Handle FAT/SAT activities and documentation
- Support production and assembly processes
- Conduct machine trials and testing
- Coordinate with customers and resolve issues
- Maintain proper documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Handle critical situations at site efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.E/Diploma Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in machine manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, machine design, and manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency with CAD software and production management systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Familiarity with automated production lines and CNC machining equipment.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and handling high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
