Identify process improvements to reduce costs and minimize waste. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. Prepare and maintain production reports and process documentation. Support the installation, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Analyze production data to improve process performance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
