We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to connect with prospective investors, generate leads, conduct follow-ups and support the growth of our mutual fund distribution business.
The role involves calling, field visits, scheduling meetings, maintaining lead records and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective investors
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with the concerned team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing investors.
- Explain the organisation’s services in simple and clear language.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and follow-up activities.
- Update the lead tracker or CRM regularly.
- Conduct field visits within Siliguri and nearby areas.
- Support investor awareness programmes, seminars and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the relationship management, operations and back-office teams.
- Assist with document collection during the onboarding process.
- Work towards assigned monthly activity and business targets.
- Follow internal processes, compliance requirements and organisational guidelines.
- Avoid making assured-return claims, guarantees or misleading commitments.
Candidate Requirem ents
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance, financial services or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Bengali will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler.
- Valid driving licence.
- Comfortable travelling locally for meetings and follow-ups.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Lunch Break: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Performance-based incentives may be applicable as per company policy.
