- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process and post accounting entries to ledgers and journals.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile all company accounts, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist with the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Prepare and issue invoices for clients/customers.
- Track payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Assist in the processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions regarding account matters.
- Provide support in any ad hoc financial tasks as required.
