- Requirements: Read and understand technical drawings, sketches and specifications. Assemble, install, dismantle and maintain mechanical components and structures. Perform fitting operations including drilling, tapping, reaming, filing and bolt assembly. Ensure proper alignment and fitting of parts and components. Inspect, measure and verify dimensions using suitable measuring instruments. Carry out routine maintenance, servicing and repair of tools, equipment and systems. Identify and resolve fitting-related issues and ensure minimum downtime. Follow safety rules, procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production and quality targets.
