- Full-Cycle Recruitment Source, screen, interview, and onboard talent across departments.
- Payroll & Attendance Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave records with accuracy
- Onboarding Build and maintain structured onboarding processes and trackers to ensure smooth joiner experiences
- Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D initiatives for the team
- Culture & Discipline Maintain workplace standards, monitor team dynamics, and foster a high-performance professional environment
- Team Engagement Plan Saturday evening and other team engagement activities
- HR Communications Draft internal announcements, employer branding content, and employee-facing communications
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 years of HR experience, preferably in a marketing agency or digital agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and L&D
- Strong understanding of the pace and culture of agency environment fast-moving, lean teams, multiple priorities
- Leadership qualities ability to take ownership, make decisions independently, and influence without authority
- High emotional intelligence with excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-driven, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
