Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cluster Programme Manager (CPM) to oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) Project in the assigned cluster. The role involves team coordination, field monitoring, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor MMU operations within the assigned cluster.
- Coordinate with district authorities, healthcare facilities, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits and support field teams.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project data.
- Monitor staff performance and adherence to project guidelines.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Support project planning, implementation, and compliance activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or MSW (Master of Social Work).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in programme management, healthcare, NGO, or development sector.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel within the project area.
