- Assist in documenting and refining service management processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on service management activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and process optimization.
- Ability to analyze service performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in service management and delivery.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
Additional Information:
