Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Team Lead – Content Writer who can lead content initiatives focused on branding, lead generation, and measurable growth while managing a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2–3 content writers
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and lead generation goals
- Create and review high-quality content (blogs, landing pages, PRs, whitepapers, case studies)
- Develop SEO-driven content to increase organic traffic and inbound leads
- Collaborate with social media and performance marketing teams for campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify content gaps/opportunities
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery
- Align content with different stages of the marketing funnel
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated through content
- Organic traffic growth (website/blog performance)
- Keyword ranking improvements and SEO performance
- Conversion rates from blogs, landing pages, and campaigns
- Content engagement metrics (time on page, bounce rate, shares)
- Consistency in content delivery and meeting deadlines
- Quality benchmarks (minimal revisions, high approval rate)
- Team productivity and output efficiency
- Contribution to brand positioning and thought leadership
Requirements
- Strong expertise in content strategy and SEO
- Proven experience in lead generation through content marketing
- Leadership experience managing a content team
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve performance
- Strong understanding of tech domain and industry trends
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
