Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in creating marketing content including captions, blogs, articles, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Support recruitment marketing by creating job posters, hiring campaigns, and employer branding content.
- Plan and schedule social media content calendars.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Conduct basic SEO research and assist in improving website content visibility.
- Support paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) under supervision.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
- Assist in website content updates and ensure information remains current.
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing requirements and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for digital marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
