Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintain healthy relation with client.
- Bring new clients in the organisation.
- Follow up with client on daily basis.
- Find candidate according to the client requirement.
- Conduct interview and follow up with the candidates.
- Will be responsible for whole recruitment process.
- Councelling Candidate for Training Programs
Personal Attributes
Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ,Proficiency in MS Office tools.
