JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Safety Manager
Department: Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Reports To: Operation Head
Location: Spinning Division, Dindigul
Job Purpose
Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by implementing safety systems, statutory requirements, and best safety practices across the spinning unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and statutory compliance.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Organize safety induction, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.
- Ensure effective PPE compliance and safe work practices.
- Monitor fire protection systems and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain safety records, statutory registers, and audit documentation.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through employee awareness and engagement.
Qualification
- Any Engineering Degree with M.E. in Industrial Safety from a recognized and approved institution.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory).
Experience
- 10+ Years of Industrial Safety Experience in Spinning Mills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
