Key Responsibilities:
· Training Program Development: Assist in the design and development of training programs, including creating content, materials, and resources that meet the needs of different departments within Aristo.
· Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics, ensuring content is delivered effectively and participants are engaged.
· Product & Design Tool Training: Design and deliver training on Aristo’s product range — covering collections, finishes, handle systems, and configuration options — as well as the interior design tools used in the showroom and during site consultations.
· Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify learning needs and gaps, and propose solutions to address these through appropriate training interventions.
· Content Management: Maintain and update the L&D content library, ensuring all training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with company standards.
· Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Suggest improvements based on data and feedback.
· LMS Management: Support the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking participation, and generating reports.
· Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by providing new hires with necessary training and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
· Compliance Training: Ensure all mandatory compliance training is delivered on time and tracked accurately.
· Learning Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to engage in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
· Hands-on experience with interior design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) is required.
Skills:
· Knowledge of interior design principles and product training — ability to train others on design tools
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
· Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
· Analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
