The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role within our Cloud Operations team, responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of cloud and IT projects. Situated in Noida, this position demands a proactive leader who can seamlessly manage complex cloud/IT infrastructure deployments, data migrations, and hybrid environments.
Description
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and/or migration projects within Cloud Operations or IT infrastructure teams.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira etc.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for cloud infrastructure builds, upgrades, and migration initiatives across multiple environments (public cloud, private cloud, hybrid).
- Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs specific to cloud infrastructure and migration efforts.
- Coordinate activities between cloud engineers, network teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and successful integration.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues related to cloud infrastructure deployment, migration complexities, and operational challenges.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools and cloud monitoring systems; provide timely status reports and updates to internal leadership and clients.
- Facilitate technical discussions, change control processes, and issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including migration plans, risk registers, Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and acceptance criteria.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
