The L1 IT Support Engineer will serve as the single point of contact for all end-user IT issues across client
India locations. The role involves providing virtual and on-site IT support during business hours, managing the
end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, and ensuring a high-quality user experience through timely resolution and
proactive service. The engineer will leverage Darwinbox as the primary ITSM/ticketing platform to log, track, and
resolve issues while maintaining strong adherence to SLAs and service quality metrics.
