Job Description:
Job location : Jalandhar, Punjab
A site supervisor manages daily on-site operations. They act as the vital link between project management and construction workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards by directing staff, coordinating material deliveries, and enforcing safety regulations.
Delegating tasks to workers and subcontractors, monitoring performance, and coordinating work schedules to maintain project timelines.
Tracking on-site inventory, managing the receipt and storage of materials, and ensuring equipment is functional and available when needed.
