Position: Project Manager
Department: Operations & Project Management
Location: India
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects at Dishara Buildtech Private Limited. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish. Your role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will manage projects in Bhubaneswar.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare detailed project schedules and budgets
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and site management
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior management
- Manage project costs and control budget spending
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures
- Handle project documentation, permits, and compliance requirements
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on project progress
- Solve problems and manage changes in project scope
- Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets specifications
- Manage project risks and create plans to reduce them
- Prepare final project reports and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- ERP System Knowledge (MANDATORY) - Hands-on experience with project management or ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- 3-6 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure of High Rise Buildings
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Understanding of budget management and cost control
- Basic knowledge of GST and Indian tax laws related to construction
- Ability to work in the field and visit project sites regularly
Salary and Benefits
Annual Salary: As per Market Standards
Education
- B.Tech Civil Engineering or related field
- MBA or Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred
