Key Responsibilities:• Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, references & social media• Screening and shortlisting candidates• Conducting initial telephonic interviews• Coordinating interviews with clients/hiring managers• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process• Maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
