LEAPSYS Software and Consulting Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
Meet potential clients and present company products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good client relationship management skills
Knowledge of field sales strategies and lead generation
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, area sales, or business development
Preferred Requirements
Experience in B2B / B2C sales
Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings
Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹20,000.00 per month
