About Us
We are a creative photography studio specializing in wedding photography, portraits, commercial shoots, photo editing, album design, and video production. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to manage and develop our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment and hiring process for photographers, editors, designers, and office staff
- Handle employee onboarding and training programs
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Develop HR policies and ensure company compliance
- Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Organize team meetings, performance reviews, and engagement activities
- Support management in workforce planning and team development
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee management
- Basic knowledge of payroll and labor laws
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in creative industry/studio environment is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Salary
- Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
