Requirement.
1. Proven work experience as an HR Operations Executive or similar role.
2. Solid understanding of HR practices & principlesa including Payroll.
3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree will be preferred.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
