We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused After Sales CRM Executive to ensure exceptional post-sales support and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales customer inquiries and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical teams) for smooth after-sales processes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding project status, documentation, and handovers.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements in after-sales services.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all customer queries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in after-sales service, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
