- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate job postings, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Stay updated on HR-related legislation and recommend changes to maintain compliance.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and retention.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
