Job Description
CityTales is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Part-Time Event & Content Research Executive to help us discover and track events happening across Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities
- Research upcoming events through Instagram, BookMyShow, District, Facebook, Google, venue pages, clubs, and other platforms.
- Identify parties, exhibitions, kids' events, workshops, sports, entertainment, community events, and other local activities.
- Proactively call and connect with event organisers, venues, clubs, and communities to find upcoming events.
- Regularly follow up with organisers and build relationships so they share their upcoming events with CityTales.
- Collect event details, posters, links, and other relevant information.
- Maintain and update event and organiser data using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proactively monitor what's happening in the city and ensure CityTales does not miss important events.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and online research.
- Basic to good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Highly proactive, organised, and responsible.
- Knowledge of the Ludhiana local event scene will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who is curious about what's happening in the city, enjoys discovering new events, and takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
