✅ 2+ Years of US Non-IT Recruitment Experience
✅ Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 Employment Types
✅ Experience with Direct Clients or Implementation Partners
✅ Strong Sourcing, Screening & Negotiation Skills
✅ Experience with Indeed, Monster & CareerBuilder
